  经市政府批准，为进一步做好我市应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情的涉外工作，做好在昆外籍人士的疫情防控工作，关注其生活、健康状况及防护需求等, 我市开通了英语、泰语、越南语、缅甸语、老挝语、柬埔寨语等 6 种语言的咨询电话，并拟致在昆外国人士的公开信。现请贵单位（组）根据各自主管领域和管辖范围转发，并请于 2 月 17 日前提供名单至我办汇总上报。希望通过该信函使在昆外国人士了解到我国从中央到地方、全方位多层次，公开透明、科学有序推进应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控工作，也希望外国在昆人士对我市保持信心、共克时艰。

各位在昆的外国朋友：
  针对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，云南省于 2020 年 1月 24 日启动了重大突发公共卫生事件一级应急响应，各项工作有序开展。在此，我们向在昆的各位外籍人士提示如下：
  一、增强意识，做好自我防护。请您积极配合昆明市开展的各项疫情防控工作。少外出、不聚会、勤洗手、常通风、戴口罩，降低感染、传播疫情的风险。如果近期曾赴访疫情高发地区，或接触过这些地区的来昆人员，请第一时间向所在街道、社区登记报备。
  二、关注官方信息。昆明市将通过昆明信息港网站（https://www.kunming.cn/）及其微信公众号、掌上春城APP 及其微信公众号、健康春城微信公众号定期发布昆明市新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情及防控情况。
  三、及时就医就诊。云南省已确认 38 家定点发热门诊。当您需要时，请就近选择方便的医院就诊。

A Public Letter for Foreign Residents in Kunming

Dear Foreign Friends in Kunming,
  In response to the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia infection, Yunnan Province has launched a first-level emergency response to major public health emergencies on January 24, 2020, and all work was carried out in an orderly manner. Here, we remind all foreigners in Kunming as follows:
  1. Increase awareness and protect yourself. Please actively cooperate with various epidemic prevention and control work carried out in Kunming. Avoid going out and gathering, washing hands frequently, ventilating, and wearing a mask to reduce the risk of infection and spread of the epidemic. If you have recently visited areas with high epidemic outbreaks or close touch with people from these areas, please report and register with the streets and communities where you live.
  2. Pay attention to official information. Kunming will regularly release Kunming's new infection and prevention situation through the Kunming Information Port website (https://www.kunming.cn/) and its WeChat public account, Pocket Spring City APP and WeChat public account, and Healthy Spring City WeChat public account.
  3. Seek medical treatment in time. Yunnan Province has designated 38 fever clinics. When you need it, choose the nearest hospital on your available.
  4. Keep close ties. During the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the coronavirus, the counties (cities) has opened consultation hotline. In order to provide related consultation and assistance to foreigners in Kunming, our office has also provided consultation service with 6 languages including English, Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese, Lao, and Cambodian.
